Ikoflex Ia (854/16)

1952-1956. Ikoflex chrome logo on the camera front, inset into the black plate. 75mm f3.5 Novar-Anastigmat.  Button shutter release by the hood. Exposure table on the side of the camera hood. These also came with an f3.5 75mm Opton-Tessar. The Novar was a basic triplet lens suitable for uniform definition over the entire picture. If you are critical about your photographs these might not be the best choice. The Tessar was a triplet lens with one cemented rear element. This lens was a more highly corrected optic, and a better choice often producing excellent uniform results across the picture frame. Given the choice it is better to find the Tessar version of this camera. Both versions take nice pictures.logo
